Some good news from the field! Not many changes this time, but at least few of these worth mentioning.
And also, the game trailer was uploaded & added to the page earlier this week. Check it out if you haven't see it yet ;)

Patch 1.03 changes:

• Full russian translation added
• Start game cinematic added
• Pickups glow\highlight feature improved significantly
• Some character phrases & hints were rewritten
• Hints visuals & behavior improved
• Some UI elements visuals were improved
• Bugfixes & other minor changes
